Will NJ businesses mandate COVID-19 vaccinations for returning workers?

Many businesses are already urging workers to take the shot

With more people across the state being vaccinated against COVID-19, employers are feeling more secure about asking workers to return to the office. An advisory from the state Department of Health says that employers can require proof of vaccination before staff returns in person to the workplace, though certain exemptions from vaccination are allowed. 

As businesses grapple with the issue, some workers fear their privacy could be violated if bosses demand proof of vaccination exemptions.
