What to expect now that marijuana no longer a criminal substance in NJ

After a down-to-the-wire deal, New Jersey is 13th state in the nation to legalize the drug

With minutes to spare Monday, Gov. Phil Murphy ended the three-year stalemate over the proposal to legalize adult recreational use of marijuana in New Jersey, signing key bills that usher in an official marketplace for the drug in New Jersey. But that doesn’t mean you can go out today and legally buy marijuana.

It will take months at least to get licensed dispensaries up and running. What should you expect next? Correspondent Joanna Gagis reports.
