Watch: COVID-19’s economic impact on NJ tourism

Economic experts say we won’t know the full financial toll caused by the spread of COVID-19 for some time. But many industries don’t need to wait for a report to tell them how badly they’re hurting. Tourism has taken a huge hit. In 2019, state records show visitors to New Jersey spent roughly $21 billion. Without that revenue and with recovery resources scarce, where does that leave us?
