Last spring, NJ Spotlight News brought you the stories of hundreds of essential warehouse workers who protested the lack of COVID-19 safety precautions as the pandemic slammed New Jersey. We bring you an update from a warehouse in Leonia, where employees say after months of complaints, workers were sickened by the virus. Two died and more than a dozen others were fired.
