United Airlines opens vaccination site for Newark airport workers

After training staff, investing in an ultra-cold freezer and then months of waiting, United Airlines was notified Friday by the state that it was approved to turn its health clinic into a COVID-19 vaccination site for all employees at Newark airport.

Pfizer then notified the clinic that vaccines would arrive by Monday. First vaccinations were administered there Tuesday.
