With New Jersey public health officials in the throes of tracking and fighting new positive COVID-19 cases, it’s unclear whether the spike in cases across the state is, in fact, part of the second wave that health experts had feared.

New infections were the cause of shutdowns at two motor vehicle agencies in north Jersey, adding insult to injury as employees there have been scrambling to catch up with the backlog of work already caused by the pandemic. Correspondent Raven Santana reports.
