The state has a plan to reduce greenhouse gases. Will businesses buy in?

Last month, Phil Murphy pledged to protect the state against the threats of climate change in his Energy Master Plan – and in an executive order known as NJ PACT – Protecting Against Climate Threats. On Friday, the Department of Environmental Protection began gathering input to make those reforms a reality, starting with ambitious goals to reduce greenhouse gases and achieve a clean energy economy. Raven Santana reports.
