Strict new regional guidelines for college students returning home for Thanksgiving

Gov. Phil Murphy and governors in neighboring states want on-campus testing and coordinated isolation plans

Phil Murphy, along with the governors of New York, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, and Delaware are urging all colleges and universities in those states to make COVID-19 testing more available before students depart campus, and if anyone does test positive to coordinate isolation plans. Correspondent Raven Santana reports.
