Sen. Ron Rice: Cannabis ‘cleanup’ bill doesn’t go far enough

The governor has until Feb. 8 to sign the bills on his desk or veto them.

Lawmakers are making yet another attempt at legal marijuana clean-up legislation, advancing a bill in an Assembly committee Friday, and it looks a whole lot like the original version. This, as other state legislators step forward with new proposals.
