Reactions to Murphy administration’s proposed budget

This week, Gov. Phil Murphy unveiled a $44.8 billion budget proposal. Business-lobbying groups point to its shortcomings from their perspective. And although it includes tax credits for struggling families, a record public pension contribution and more health coverage for kids, some progressive groups say they were left out.
