Pediatricians urge children to get flu shots in hopes of thwarting ‘twindemic’

While state health leaders roll out a plan to distribute a future coronavirus vaccine, they are warning against the possibility of the flu sneaking up behind it. Pediatricians are sounding the alarm over decreased immunizations among children and calling it essential as schools reopen and the state fights back against a resurgence of COVID-19.
