New Jersey is moving into Stage Two of the coronavirus recovery plan after roughly two months of a statewide shutdown that helped contain the spread of the illness.

Residents across the state joined in a massive nationwide uprising this weekend. The officer has been charged with murder, and Floyd’s death has sparked outrage and frustration over police brutality in black communities with persistent calls for justice.
