NJ to raise indoor capacity for restaurants, bars, other businesses

Starting March 19, restaurants, bars, gyms and other businesses will be able to increase indoor capacity to 50%. According to Gov. Phil Murphy, employees are not part of that count, and masks and social distancing will still be required.

Murphy is also increasing limits for indoor gatherings to 25 people and to 50 people outdoors. But that does not change capacity for indoor retail, political, religious events or weddings.
