NJ Spotlight News: June 25, 2021

A deal has been reached between a bipartisan group of Senators and President Biden for a five-year $978 billion package to fix roads and bridges, and to invest in transit systems and broadband. The President has put a high priority on infrastructure investment, and the bipartisan deal is an important step forward.

Friday, officials announced 309 new, positive cases and 12 new deaths. Since the start of the pandemic, there have been 892,308 cases in the state and 26,428 confirmed and probable deaths.
