NJ Spotlight News: June 22, 2021

Imagine having thousands of unexpected dollars in your bank account with all sorts of ideas on how to spend it. That’s kind of like what’s happening for the state, which is expected to have billions of dollars in extra revenue and lawmakers are now deciding where all that money should go.

Tuesday, officials announced 182 new, positive cases and 15 new deaths. Since the start of the pandemic, there have been 891,644 cases in the state and 26,392 confirmed and probable deaths.
