NJ Spotlight News: July 5, 2021

The rituals returned this Fourth of July weekend, and after a pandemic year it was certainly worth celebrating. The holiday arrives just as the state formally ended the Public Health Emergency in place since last March.

Monday, officials announced 137 new, positive cases and 4 new deaths. Since the start of the pandemic, there have been 893,890 cases in the state and 26,477 confirmed and probable deaths.
