A sense of urgency from the governor and state health leaders today as COVID-19 cases and hospitalizations continue to rise. Gov. Murphy Monday announced that all New Jersey health care workers in certain state and private health care facilities will be required to get vaccinated or undergo regular testing for COVID-19.
Monday, officials announced 937 new, positive cases and 1 new death. Since the start of the pandemic, there have been 909,057 cases in the state and 26,606 confirmed and probable deaths.
