NJ residents say quality of life is back to normal

New Jerseyans’ view on the quality of life has settled back to normal from the pandemic, according to Monmouth University’s Garden State Quality of Life Index Score. The state got a score of +25. That is about the same as in a September 2019 survey but down from a high during the early days of the pandemic.
