New law on police body cameras could come with a hefty price tag

To help build trust and more transparency during an encounter with police, Gov. Phil Murphy this week signed legislation mandating all New Jersey police officers wear body cameras, making the state just one of a handful in the nation with that requirement — and helping to usher in what the administration hopes will be a new culture of policing.

But will police departments have the money to pay for the cameras? Correspondent Raven Santana reports.
