Marijuana legislation has moved forward. Now what?

Advocates say a lot more needs to be done

State lawmakers finally voted Thursday to decriminalize, tax and license marijuana for adult use. After heated debate, lawmakers approved what voters in November overwhelmingly said they want. But advocates say more needs to be done on community “impact zones,” expungement and social-justice issues.
