Big bargains lured shoppers out to malls and stores across New Jersey Friday — though crowds looked smaller than holiday seasons past and some felt uneasy about shopping during the pandemic’s second surge. Next-gen gaming consoles drew the longest lines. Yet most buying is expected to be online, while local businesses hope Small Business Saturday will generate some badly-needed revenue.
