Hot real estate market even hotter at the Jersey Shore

Buyers are coming from northern NJ and neighboring states

Jersey Shore real estate is hot. Low inventory and high demand are creating a buying frenzy, one that realtors say is even wilder than what they’ve seen around the state over the last year. Monmouth and Ocean counties are nearing a 20% increase in sales this year, according to one realtor.

When the pandemic first began, renters snapped up houses to ride out lockdowns in comfort. Then, some decided to stay and purchase homes. And so began a homeownership boom along the Jersey coast that shows no signs of letting up.
