First lady Jill Biden visits New Jersey on ‘Help is Here’ tour

As part of the Biden administration’s “Help is Here” tour to promote the recently passed American Rescue Plan, First lady Jill Biden came to the Garden State Monday, promising the plan will jump-start the economy and help reopen schools.

Biden traveled to Samuel Smith Elementary School in Burlington County, where she joined Gov. Phil Murphy to greet students, while learning about the COVID-19 mitigation strategies implemented at the school.
