New Jersey needs more COVID-19 vaccine supplies shipped from the federal government, medical experts advise — to quickly stop a surging wave of new cases here, a wave that  probably is dominated by the more infectious and deadlier B117 UK strain of the coronavirus.

Gov. Phil Murphy says that while talks with the White House are constructive, the Biden administration faces a “supply-demand reality.”
