A new poll shows that four in 10 New Jerseyans say they wouldn't get the vaccine at all

Amid new restrictions going into effect, a silver lining emerged this week. A coronavirus vaccine by Moderna was found to be nearly 95% effective. The news comes a week after Pfizer unveiled a vaccine candidate with 90% efficacy. But even once the vaccine is ready for distribution the state has its work cut out, from logistics to getting buy-in from the public. Senior Correspondent Brenda Flanagan reports.
