COVID-19 targets communities of color, safety net ineffective

There’s a continued call to address the racial inequities laid bare by the COVID-19 pandemic. A new report from the left-leaning think tank New Jersey Policy Perspective makes clear that hospitalization rates, mortality figures, and lack of access to health care among minority communities are far and away outpacing all other populations.
