Temperature checks, COVID-19 tests, supplies of protective equipment are all vital

A “Code Blue Alert” is in effect for most counties in New Jersey through the weekend due to bone-chilling temperatures and more snow in the forecast.

During dangerously cold weather like this, teams of outreach coordinators typically hit the streets to connect with people who are homeless to get them indoors. Sheltering people safely can tough in the best of times. It’s even more complicated during a pandemic. Correspondent Raven Santana reports.
