COVID-19 and cold weather impact homeless count in Newark

The city of Newark has issued a Code Blue until Sunday morning, warning residents and vulnerable populations to take cover from the extreme cold. That might have an impact on the effort underway to count the homeless to determine if the state is making any progress on reducing homelessness. And, as volunteers are discovering, the pandemic is making this effort even more difficult. Correspondent Leah Mishkin reports.
