On Friday morning Gov. Phil Murphy signed a law that will allow restaurants and bars to widen their outdoor dining footprint through November 2022. The governor recently vetoed a similar bill giving restaurants that permission indefinitely.

Even without that, a lot has been made of the loosened restrictions in New Jersey on indoor capacity coinciding with this Super Bowl weekend. But health experts are warning against big parties, fearful they could become super-spreader events. Senior Correspondent Brenda Flanagan reports.
