The state has launched an online portal for companies to buy supplies like masks at a 10% discount from approved vendors. The Economic Development Authority will also be rolling out a grant program to help further reduce PPE costs for businesses. Starting next Thursday, all companies are mandated to supply PPE to their workers.

The state ballot question on marijuana legalization has prompted $2.1 million in fundraising, according to the latest figures from New Jersey’s Election Law Enforcement Commission. Assuming all the money is spent, ELEC says the marijuana ballot question ranks eighth among the top ten most expensive public referenda in the state.

Elected officials in Wayne today marked the opening of a new office rental facility called the Daily Plan It that will provide jobs for people with disabilities. Robert Stack, the CEO of the nonprofit Community Options group, explains the workers will provide all the necessary support services to tenants who rent office space. This is the fourth Daily Plan It office rental facility in the state.
