President Joe Biden has made opening schools a priority, and so has Gov. Phil Murphy now that the daily average of COVID-19 cases is declining in New Jersey.
The state is overseeing schools going to hybrid models, some in-school learning combined with some at-home learning. Correspondent Joanna Gagis reports on the move to bring more kids back into classrooms.
