From high-rise housing to new office buildings, developments continue to sprout up in Jersey City. The latest projects could bolster the city’s cred as an arts and culture destination and include the first North American outpost of a world-famous art museum. But not everyone is on board with the plans, with some arguing the city isn’t focusing on people already living there.
