Apartment complex is part of redevelopment plan for Moorestown Mall

The redevelopment would include 375 apartments, including affordable housing

Residents in Moorestown are one step closer to having more affordable housing. Council members voted unanimously to approve a redevelopment project for a mostly vacant area alongside the Moorestown Mall. The complex will include 375 apartments, of which 20% will be set aside as affordable housing.

Medical facilities and a hotel are also part of the plan for the complex. The goal is to start construction in early 2022 once all approvals are received.
