With a spotlight on the way people in power and politics respond to complaints of sexual harassment, or worse, Gov. Phil Murphy, who promised to change the toxic culture in Trenton, is proposing to clean up corporate behavior with a measure that would update existing laws to give sexual harassment and assault victims more rights and more time to come forward.
