Chris Christie has suspended his 2016 presidential bid after a poor showing in the New Hampshire primary.

NJTV News has confirmed Gov. Chris Christie is suspending his 2016 presidential bid, realizing how little support he had. Another low performer suspended a campaign — Carly Fiorina. She finished just above Ben Carson and below Christie. Donald Trump the big winner in New Hampshire. Going in to the primary, it was a toss up for second with pundits wondering who would benefit from Christie’s take-down of a robotic Marco Rubio. Ohio’s John Kasich answered that call. Ted Cruz came in third. Christie — out of the race.

NJTV News Chief Political Correspondent Michael Aron confirmed it and spoke about the most recent news, along with NJTV News Correspondents Michael Hill and David Cruz and political analysts Jeanette Hoffman and Bill Caruso.
