After one of the most storied series of setbacks, the American Dream megamall is open for business. The 3 million-square-foot complex in the Meadowlands has reopened after nearly seven months of shutdown during the pandemic and it is a playground of options for those who’ve been itching to get out. It has dozens of stores, water and theme parks all operating with the new norm for safety restrictions. Is this time the charm? Correspondent Leah Mishkin was there for reopening day.
