The wind is blowing in a new direction in New Jersey, a sign the state is getting serious about developing a robust offshore-wind industry.

The Murphy administration has established the nation’s most aggressive targets for promoting offshore wind. More importantly, it has backed those goals with a series of significant steps to deliver on the commitment.
