The Trump administration is dropping plans to revoke visas for international students if their college courses were held entirely online this fall. It was seen as part of a larger effort to put pressure on schools to fully reopen despite the coronavirus pandemic. More than 200 colleges and universities — including Princeton and Rutgers — had backed a lawsuit to block the president’s original order. New Jersey joined 16 other states in a separate suit.
