New Jersey Attorney General Gurbir Grewal is planning to join at least 20 other states suing the United States Postal Service over changes that disrupted mail delivery and potential threats to the election.

Delaware and Alaska are back on New Jersey’s coronavirus quarantine travel advisory list. The two states were removed earlier this month. The updated advisory now includes 35 states and territories considered to be COVID-19 hotspots. The self-quarantine is still voluntary but expected, according to state leaders.

Tuesday the New Jersey Department of Health reported 400 new positive tests for a statewide cumulative total of 188,098. Ten new fatalities puts New Jersey at 15,925 confirmed and probable deaths since the start of the outbreak.
