Newark clamped down on its residents over the weekend in an attempt to slow the spread of coronavirus before it engulfs its neighborhoods. Mayor Ras Baraka demanded that residents in three of the city’s zones shelter in place. It’s an aggressive approach to containment, but one he hopes will prevent more spread. Correspondent Michael Hill explains how the city is tracking cases.
