In-person jury trials to resume in September

The pandemic has created a backlog for many government services, including the courts. With mounting criminal and civil cases, New Jersey’s courts are hoping to restart in-person jury trials in September. But it will be a strict approach that will see changes for everyone from the judges to the juries.
