How mild cases of COVID-19 are contributing to spread of virus

New Jersey’s rate of transmission is up slightly since the state’s reopening began, but there are still a lot of unanswered questions on how someone catches COVID-19, and whether people with no symptoms, or mild, nonspecific specific symptoms, are still contributing to the silent spread.
