Head of high school athletics in NJ talks about returning to play

It’s not just schools reopening, it’s game on for student athletes who are returning to play after much debate and revision on the guidelines from the New Jersey State Interscholastic Athletic Association, known as NJSIAA. It’ll be a very different fall season, from the amount of games, to where they’re played and who can watch.

NJSIAA Chief Operating Officer Colleen Maguire says high school sports can safely resume, even as college conferences are postponing and cancelling their seasons. Senior Correspondent Briana Vannozzi recently spoke with Maguire about the changes ahead.
