There’s an extra $10 million in the pot for New Jersey’s small businesses struggling during the pandemic. The state Economic Development Authority is expanding the emergency assistance loan program with an emphasis on minority businesses. Applications for the next phase should be ready within weeks, but is the authority ready for the demand?
