Digging out of the financial hole caused by fallout from the coronavirus pandemic will be among the many issues congressional candidates will have to address in November’s elections. Voters in Burlington and Ocean counties are being asked to decide whether Democratic incumbent Rep. Andy Kim or his challenger, Republican David Richter, will do the job better for New Jersey’s 3rd Congressional District.

Richter is the former CEO of a construction company and emerged the winner of a bare-knuckle primary in a closely watched race. He goes on the record with NJTV News Chief Political Correspondent Michael Aron.
