With the state facing extreme budget uncertainty due to COVID-19, New Jersey’s former treasurer Andrew Sidamon-Eristoff wrote an open letter to Gov. Phil Murphy, which was published in NJ Spotlight yesterday. In it, he urged the Murphy administration to be more forthcoming about the financial impact to the state.
