Paul Goldenberg is a Senior Fellow with Rutgers University Miller Center for Community Protection and Resilience and senior adviser to the Network Contagion Research Institute. He is also President of Cardinal Point Strategies and was a long-standing member of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s Advisory Council where he served as chair of both the DHS National Cyber Security Task Force and DHS Foreign Fighter Task Force, and adviser to the DHS Countering Foreign Influence Subcommittee. His public career includes more than two decades as a former senior official of the New Jersey State Attorney General’s Office, Director of the nation’s 6th largest county social service and juvenile justice system, and as a law enforcement official who headed investigation efforts for significant cases of domestic terrorism, political corruption, and organized crime.
