Michael W. Klein, JD, PhD, is an associate member of the faculty of Rutgers University’s PhD in Higher Education Program, teaching courses in the Law and Higher Education, and the Economics and Finance of Higher Education. He served the New Jersey Association of State Colleges and Universities for 19 years, first as director of government and legal affairs, and then as executive director.
