John W. Bartlett served on the DNC’s legal team in the longest-running Voting Rights Act litigation in the United States, DNC v. RNC; was New Jersey counsel to the Andrew Yang for President campaign, and for both of U.S. Sen. Bob Menendez’s reelection campaigns; and represented a coalition of communities of color and voters with disabilities in litigation against Gov. Chris Christie in 2013. He is a partner at Murphy Orlando LLC, serving his third term on the Passaic County Board of Chosen Freeholders, and ran briefly for Congress in the 11th District in 2017.
