Dr. Shilpa Pai is an associate professor of pediatrics at Rutgers-Robert Wood Johnson Medical School and practices pediatrics at Eric B. Chandler Health Center, a federally qualified health center in New Brunswick. She is the founder and director of the Resident Education in Advocacy and Community Health (REACH) Program and co-leads the NJ Pediatric Residency Advocacy Collaborative.
